Lost 15 pounds in 4 weeks. It works for short time. Good if need to shed weight for a wedding or another event. Not good for long term effects.
My regular diet was not working at all anymore. My daughter heard about this diet on the radio, we looked it up and I bought it right then. I am down 12 pounds in 2.5 weeks. It has also taught me to read the labels. I plan on trying another one of his books after this one. I am so excited this worked, the meal prep was a little hard and the eating schedule was sometimes hard with my schedule but I made it work. Many options, good food, it works!!
I followed the diet for the full four weeks and lost 23 lbs! I substituted the super shred products for ones that could be bought at the grocery store and it worked just fine.
Love this diet
I love this book/diet, I lost 6.5lbs during the first 2 weeks. To maintain I will purchase his other book for something more long term.
Super Shred: The Big Results Diet
This book is great. If your determined to lose the weight, you will succed and see the results. I tried it for four weeks, felt a bit overwhelmed due to the amount of food that is require to eat and did not think that it will come off. I was wrong. I did not lose 20 do the inability to excercise due to health related issues, but 15 pds was worth the the commitment. I gave my self a break and I’m ready to start again and lose 15 more to accomplish my goal weight. Go for it. It is worth.

This diet works on week four lost over 26 pounds the first three weeks and I substituted the shred snacks with Special K ones and did just fine. First system that worked highly recommend! Thanks Ian

Awesome book with real food choices..its the 2nd week and I lost over 16 pounds!
Here i am thinking that these ingredients and program works with regular foods. But then you have to get Shred popcorn and other foods that are in the whatever the Shred website is on. Always a catch, people!!
So Far, So Good
I have all but one of Dr. Ian's weight loss books and they never let me down. I always have great success on each plan and Super Shred seems to be no different. I am only on day 2 but I am loving it so far. It is a little bit of an adjustment, especially coming off of the holidays, but nothing that's too hard to handle! My favorite part is that there is a good amount of variety. He also gives food choices that are not too taxing or out of the ordinary, all day-to-day things we enjoy. If I can I will post my results at the end of the program...good luck to everyone who decides to give it a try!
