The following national organs govern the affairs of ACT Teachers:
- The National Congress is the highest policy-making body of ACT Teachers,
- The National Council is the highest policy-making body of ACT Teachers between National Congresses.
- The National Executive Committee implements, as well as adopt implementing and guiding policies and programs, in accordance with the general policies and programs passed by the National Congress and the National Council.
The National Council is composed of 5 executive officers and 6 members. The 5 executive officers: namely, Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, President, General Secretary and Treasurer comprise the National Executive Committee.
The officers and members of the National Council are as follows:
